Job summary

Nextpower in Madrid is seeking a Sr. Supply Planner for Inverters to translate the approved finished-goods plan into a detailed 52-week component demand and supply plan.

You will ensure alignment with Level 0-2 components, validate lead times and capacity, and provide early visibility to risks affecting project delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/MRP and planning tools, and the ability to collaborate across Sourcing, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in supply planning, master scheduling, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience in power electronics, inverters, or complex industrial manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-tier supply chains with long-lead components.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the 52-week component demand plan translating finished-goods demand into Level 1 and Level 2 requirements.
• Reconcile demand against supplier capacity, lead times, inventory and open commitments.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Delivery Managers and leadership on allocation and risk mitigation.
• Provide early alerts on material constraints and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional governance and weekly commodity planning cadences.
