Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our dynamic team in Karlsruhe. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing project costs, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring budget adherence for our lithium production initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals passionate about sustainable energy and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain cost control systems to track and report project expenses
• Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align financial objectives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management practices

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or related roles (preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries)
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software & Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus)
