ABB is offering an internship for a Procurement Manager role in Málaga. You will assist in supplier negotiations, track deliveries, and coordinate with production to align material planning. You will learn to evaluate new suppliers and analyze bids, while monitoring supplier performance and maintaining ERP data in SAP/Ariba.

The program develops procurement fundamentals, English communication, and cross-functional collaboration within a global industrial leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Driving license and own vehicle preferred.

• Assist in negotiations with suppliers (prices, deadlines, Incoterms, quality).
• Track orders, verify delivery dates, and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production to align material requirements and planning.
• Support the search and evaluation of new suppliers under supervision.
• Participate in bid analysis based on cost, quality and service criteria.
• Monitor supplier performance indicators (OTD, quality, lead time).
• Maintain orders and data in ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) per team guidelines.

Internship:

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing information for negotiations with suppliers (prices, deadlines, Incoterms, and quality).
  Track orders, verifying delivery dates and reporting any discrepancies.
  Collaborate with production to ensure proper alignment between material requirements and planning.
  Support the search and evaluation of new suppliers under supervision.
  Participate in the comparative analysis of bids based on cost, quality, and service criteria.
  Contribute to monitoring supplier performance indicators (OTD, quality, lead time).
  Keep orders and data updated in the ERP systems (SAP/Ariba), following team guidelines.

Qualifications for the Role

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
