Absolute Internship seeks an Internship Placement Manager to co‑own employer network growth across Madrid and Barcelona, turning cold outreach into signed partnerships that feed student internships. The role spans both cities, with support from the Barcelona team during peak season and a December–May administrative support window.

Formación

• 3+ years in BD, sales, recruitment, or account management with a track record of hitting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to open new accounts from scratch.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Network growth & business development across Madrid and Barcelona.
• Placement matching and relationship management to ensure high hosting standards.
• Coordinate cross-city activity with Barcelona during peak season.
• Support students with interview prep and placement readiness.
• Maintain a sharp CRM pipeline and track progress at every stage.
• Share market insights with Regional Leadership to shape strategy.
• Collaborate with Student Experience, Operations and leadership to deliver impact.
