Formación

• Track record as a technical specialist or customer service specialist in the industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support services for Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices.
• Provide technical information to customers in response to inquiries and field reports.
• Perform product evaluations and testing based on field reports; assist in training and education of staff.
• Coordinate with international teams to resolve product/clinical issues and support regulatory responses.
