Abbott offers an internship in a technical support role focused on Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices. You will work in a team providing remote clinical and technical guidance to the medical community and Abbott departments.

The internship is office-based, with all interactions conducted remotely via phone, email, and standard communication channels. English fluency and team collaboration are essential, with Portuguese a plus. Training and access to analytical tools are provided.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Track record as a technical specialist or customer service specialist in the industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote clinical and technical guidance on Abbott CRM products to the medical community and Abbott departments.
• Support Field Clinical Engineering/Sales with remote care and device management, and participate in trainings.
• Develop and deliver product training to in-house personnel and assist in educational material for training sessions.
