sera Group invites you to join an international hands-on training program across Europe, lasting 6 to 18 months, in the field of dosing technology. You will work with sales, application engineering and technical service to learn products and client solutions.

The role combines technology with client interaction, with travel across Europe to different sera locations. English proficiency (B2+), German a plus, and a proactive, curious mindset are essential for success.

Formación

• Recent university graduate in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Interest in combining technology with client interaction and international sales.
• High level of English (B2+); knowledge of German is a plus.
• Willing to travel and spend 6–12 months in different countries.
• Initiative, curiosity, communication skills, openness and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in an international hands-on training program across Europe (6–18 months).
• Learn about our products, applications, and systems in dosing technology.
• Support the sales team in analyzing customer needs and developing technical proposals.
• Collaborate on international projects with sales, application engineering and technical service.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities, customers and partners in various markets.
• Attend meetings with customers, trade shows and conferences to develop international relationships.
• Document and keep CRM and ERP systems up to date.

Tasks

• Participate in an international hands-on training program lasting between 6 and 18 months at varioussera locations across Europe.
• Learn about our products, applications, and system solutions in the field of dosing technology.
• Support the sales team in analyzing customer needs and developing solutions and technical proposals.
• Collaborate on international projects alongside internal sales, application engineering, and technical service.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities, customers, and business partners indifferent markets.
• Participate in meetings with customers, trade shows, and specialized conferences, and contribute to the development of international business relationships.
• Document and keep business information up to date in our CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

You have recently completed your university studies in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a similar technical degree. You’re interested in combining technology with client interaction and building a career in international technical sales. You have a high level of English, at least B2; knowledge of German is a plus. You’re available to travel and spend periods of 6 to 12 months in different countries. You stand out for your initiative, curiosity, communication skills, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environment.
