Job summary

Hitachi Rail GTS Spain S.A.U. in Madrid is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead signaling projects and drive successful delivery across engineering, installation, testing and commissioning teams.

The role sits in an international, multidisciplinary environment, requiring strong leadership and a proactive approach to challenges. You will oversee scope, schedule, costs and risk management while maintaining close client liaison and ensuring compliance with technical and contractual

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in industrial or railway environments.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• English high level (B2/C1); French knowledge valued (B1/B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of signaling projects.
• Manage scope, scheduling, costs, risks and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineering, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain smooth relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail está buscando PROJECT MANAGER entusiasta y motivado por unirse a un proyecto apasionante y retador. El puesto tendrá su sede en Madrid.

Principales responsabilidades

• Liderar la ejecución integral de proyectos de señalización ferroviaria.


• Gestionar alcance, planificación, costes, riesgos y calidad.


• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares de ingeniería, instalación, pruebas y puesta en servicio.


• Mantener una relación fluida con clientes y otras partes interesadas.


• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos técnicos, financieros y contractuales.


• Supervisar el seguimiento económico y la rentabilidad de los proyectos.


• Impulsar la mejora continua y la excelencia operacional.

Requisitos

• Formación Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o titulación equivalente.


• Experiencia Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Project Manager en entornos industriales o ferroviarios.


• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos complejos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Conocimientos sólidos del entorno de la señalización ferroviaria.


• Conocimientos económicos para la gestión y control financiero de proyectos.


• Capacidad para la toma de decisiones y gestión de riesgos.

Competencias

• Liderazgo y orientación a resultados.


• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación con clientes.


• Capacidad de trabajo en entornos multiculturales e internacionales.


• Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad de planificación.

Idiomas

• Inglés nivel alto (B2/C1).


• Se valorará positivamente francés nivel B1/B2.
