NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a seasoned professional to own international accounts and projects, delivering end-to-end services with a focus on client satisfaction and measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes cross-cultural collaboration, proposal work, and leadership across delivery teams.

The position offers a hybrid working model in Spain, with opportunities to engage in UNICEF-related initiatives and other international projects.

Formación

Some Project Management roles are mainly about keeping track of a plan. This is not one of them.

We are looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of international accounts and projects: build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, contribute to proposals and make sure that what is promised turns into strong delivery.

You will work mainly on initiatives linked to UNICEF, with the possibility of contributing to projects involving UNRWA, UNEP and other international organizations.

The challenge brings together project management, business development and people leadership. You will need to move comfortably across all three areas and, above all, be willing to get into the detail when needed.

What will you do?

• Manage international projects and services end to end, ensuring scope, planning, quality and delivery commitments are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and turn client needs into new initiatives.
• Take an active role in proposals, bids and presales processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, helping them prioritize, remove blockers and stay focused on outcomes.
• Anticipate risks and deviations and propose solutions before they become issues.
• Connect commercial thinking with delivery to ensure proposed solutions are both viable and valuable.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in project, service or account management, ideally within consulting, technology or international environments.

We are particularly interested in people who have combined several of the following:

• Direct client and stakeholder management.
• Leadership of projects or services involving multidisciplinary teams.
• Participation in commercial proposals, RFPs, bids or presales activities.
• Identification and development of new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Ability to handle complex situations with autonomy and a strong focus on outcomes.

You will need a high level of English, as it will be a regular working language.

We are also looking for a specific way of working: someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, builds strong relationships and feels equally comfortable in senior-level client conversations and getting into the detail of delivery when needed.

The role also requires occasional travel.

Previous experience working with the United Nations, multilateral institutions or international organizations would be a particularly valuable plus.
