NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Madrid/Barcelona Hybrid model is seeking a Life Sciences Consultant to support pharma clients at the intersection of business, transformation and digital capabilities. You will understand business context, map complex problems and align technology with strategic goals.

Join a Life Sciences team collaborating with Data & AI, SAP, Veeva and cloud platforms to design solutions that drive real operational change.

Formación

• More than 4 years of professional experience in consulting, transformation or project management.
• At least one year of experience in Life Sciences, Pharma or Healthcare.
• Ability to structure complex business challenges and translate into actions.
• Experience working directly with clients, managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Life Sciences Consultant | Business & Digital Transformation (Pharma)

Madrid or Barcelona Hybrid model

At NTT DATA, we are looking for someone with experience in consulting, transformation or project management to support Pharma and Life Sciences clients in challenges that combine business, operational change and digital capabilities.

This is not a purely technology-focused role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business context, structure complex problems, engage with different stakeholders and connect business needs with the right technology capabilities.

You will join a specialised Life Sciences team and collaborate with professionals across Data & AI, Salesforce, SAP, Veeva, digital platforms, eCommerce, cloud, cybersecurity and Smart Manufacturing. The goal is not to implement technology for its own sake, but to design solutions that meaningfully transform how organisations operate and grow.

Your mission:

You will work on business and digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies across areas such as Commercial & Customer Engagement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality & Regulatory, and patient and healthcare professional experience.

What you will do:

• Work directly with Pharma and Life Sciences clients to understand their challenges, priorities and transformation needs.
• Lead and support discovery sessions, workshops and client conversations.
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into requirements, project scopes, transformation initiatives and actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.
• Contribute to digital products, transformation programmes and new ways of working.
• Prepare executive presentations, proposals and client-facing deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities early.
• Participate in RFPs, pre-sales and business development activities.
• Progressively take ownership of projects, client relationships and workstreams.

What we are looking for

• More than 4 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, business analysis, transformation, product or project management.
• At least one year of previous experience in Life Sciences, Pharma or Healthcare.
• The ability to structure complex business challenges and turn them into concrete actions.
• Experience working directly with clients, managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Autonomy, initiative and a strong sense of ownership over results.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business and technology profiles.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
