Grifols S.A. is offering a Trainee role in the International Mobility team to coordinate international assignments and relocations, gaining hands-on experience in a global HR environment.

You will support documentation, stakeholder communications and data tracking, while learning about relocation, immigration, payroll and social security matters within a leading healthcare company.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or related field preferred.
• Professional/advanced level of English.
• Proactive, eager to learn with strong communication skills.
• Advanced in office tools (Excel, PPT).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interest in International / Global Mobility and HR.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international mobility cases and follow up on documentation and communications.
• Assist with mobility documentation and case tracking with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Support relocation, immigration, labor, payroll, tax and social security matters.
• Assist assignees and relocating employees through mobility stages with timely communication.
• Maintain mobility data, trackers and employee information up to date.
• Support reporting, payroll coordination, cost tracking and invoice follow-up.
• Assist with maintenance of mobility processes, templates and guidelines.
• Support International Mobility projects and ad hoc activities.

What your responsibilities will be

• Support the coordination and follow-up of international mobility cases.
• Assist with mobility documentation, employee communications and case tracking.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers involved in relocation, immigration, labor, payroll, tax and social security matters.
• Support assignees and relocating employees throughout different stages of their mobility journey, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Maintain mobility data, trackers and employee information up to date.
• Support reporting, payroll coordination, cost tracking and invoice follow-up.
• Assist with the maintenance of mobility processes, templates and guidelines.
