Grifols is inviting applications for an IT QA Trainee to join the Quality team in Parets del Vallès, Spain. You will promote a strong quality culture within IT and help deploy IT QA initiatives to raise quality awareness across the organization.

The role requires pursuing a degree in engineering/related fields, interest in healthcare, knowledge of MS Office, and English at least at B2 level. You will support audits and continuously improve quality systems within a global pharma setting.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics or related field.
• Interest in healthcare/pharma, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance or Quality Control processes.
• At least B2 level English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design and deployment of IT QA initiatives to increase quality awareness across the IT organization.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System, including updating policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Help analyze, track, and resolve quality events (deviations, change controls, CAPA).
• Contribute to GxP assessments of IT suppliers and computerized systems under IT Quality guidance.
• Provide support during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the IT QA Team, supporting the design and rollout of IT Quality awareness initiatives that strengthen quality and compliance across the entire IT organization.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

In this role, you will play an active part in promoting a strong quality culture within IT. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design and deployment of IT QA initiatives aimed at increasing quality awareness across the IT organization.
• Assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System, including reviewing and updating quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Helping analyze, track, and resolve quality events, such as deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Contributing to GxP assessments of IT suppliers and computerized systems under the guidance of the IT Quality team.
• Providing support during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance or Quality Control processes.
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Familiarity with innovative technologies and a foundational understanding of Generative AI tools is highly valued.
• You have at least a B2 level of English.
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business or pharmaceutical stakeholders.
• You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable translating business needs into technology-driven solutions and improvements.
• You are proactive, curious, and self-driven, with a strong willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You bring a collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
