Job summary

TeamSystem is expanding internationally through acquisitions and seeks a finance professional to lead M&A deals from screening to closing and integration.

You will build rigorous valuation models, coordinate due diligence with external advisors, and prepare materials for senior management. The role requires collaboration with international teams, especially in Italy, and frequent interaction with executives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions).
• English C1: work with colleagues and advisors from different countries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze target companies: screening, market and competitor analysis to feed the Group's deal pipeline.
• Build and maintain financial and valuation models (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) that support decision-making.
• Prepare decision-making materials: investment memos, business cases and presentations for the Executive Committee.
• Coordinate due diligence processes —financial, legal, tax and technology— with external advisors, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Guide deal negotiation and structuring through to closing.
• Drive post-acquisition integration and track the performance of acquired companies.
• Act as a link with the Group's international teams, especially in Italy, at every stage of the deals.
