Manpower Professional Recruitment is seeking a Head of M&A & Advisory for a fast-growing international platform. You will lead a team across M&A, advisory, asset management, and business planning, delivering high-quality mandates and strategic projects.

The role requires a strong corporate finance background, leadership experience, and a proven track record in complex transactions across multiple sectors.

Formación

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Transaction Services, or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing teams and executing complex transactions and advisory projects.
• Prior seniority at VP, Director, Head of, or equivalent level.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, investment processes, and strategic advisory services.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with external legal, accounting, and professional service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of M&A and asset management professionals across Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, and junior leadership levels.
• Review and quality-control financial models, business plans, information memoranda, pitch materials, asset management analyses, and due diligence outputs.
• Oversee the team's pipeline of M&A, advisory, asset management, and business planning assignments across multiple sectors.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the advisory and asset management team and senior leadership.
• Manage external advisory and service mandates, including scope definition, resourcing, delivery management, pricing, client communication, and commercial follow-up.
• Monitor the financial performance of each mandate, ensuring pricing strategies and resource allocation.
• Support expansion of the advisory business by identifying opportunities and developing new service offerings.
• Lead the development and refinement of business plans and monitor performance against objectives.
• Coordinate with external advisors to support transaction execution, asset management, and planning initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development as the organisation grows.
• Report to senior leadership on team performance, project status, resourcing, revenue, and profitability.
