SOFTWARE DEL SOL S.A. seeks an analytical M&A professional to drive end-to-end deal processes in a multinational setting. You will screen targets, build robust financial models and prepare materials for senior management, coordinating due diligence with external advisers.

You will defend recommendations to the Executive Committee, work with international teams, and help closure and integration of acquisitions in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency and travel flexibility are required.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions).
• Proven experience in company valuation and due diligence processes.
• English C1: ability to work with international colleagues and advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze target companies: screening, market and competitor analysis to feed the deal pipeline.
• Build and maintain financial and valuation models (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) to support decisions.
• Prepare decision-making materials: investment memos, business cases and presentations for the Executive Committee.
• Coordinate due diligence processes —financial, legal, tax and technology— with external advisors, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Guide deal negotiation and structuring through to closing.
• Drive post-acquisition integration and monitor performance of acquired companies.
• Act as a link with international teams, especially in Italy, at every stage of the deals.
