Evondos is seeking an International Marketing Lead to turn commercial priorities into local campaigns and market-entry activity across 3–4 priority new market areas. You will collaborate with International Business Managers, regional marketing colleagues, and in-market agencies to build local traction as Evondos expands into new markets.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B marketing (healthcare/medtech/public sector ideal), a track record of revenue-driven initiatives, and strong stakeholder

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare, medtech, or public sector environments.
• Track record of delivering marketing initiatives that support revenue, pipeline growth, and market traction.
• Experience contributing to marketing activity across multiple international or multi-market contexts.
• Strong understanding of market-entry activity, demand generation, ABM, and targeted campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across countries and functions.
• Multilingual capability required; German, Spanish and French are desired, alongside excellent English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute international marketing activity across 3–4 priority new market areas, in line with agreed commercial priorities.
• Translate commercial priorities into focused market execution plans, working closely with International Business Managers.
• Experiment with campaigns, channels, messaging, events, and partnerships to identify what drives traction in each local market.
• Partner with in-market agencies to refine messaging, localise execution, and accelerate market learning.
• Support sales, tender, and business development activity with compelling proof points, materials, and customer evidence.
• Support localisation of Evondos product and materials for target markets.
• Build and activate customer advocacy, reference stories, and market proof points that strengthen commercial credibility in new markets.
