Mondraker is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the International Markets strategy, acting as the key link between Marketing, Sales and our international markets. The role focuses on translating the global marketing plan into commercial success across all territories.

You will collaborate with headquarters and distributors to shape market strategies, drive campaigns, and deliver growth. This senior position offers influence over Mondraker's international growth and partnerships.

Formación

• Significant experience in international Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market Development or Commercial leadership roles.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with distributors, partners and sales teams.
• Proven ability to translate market intelligence into commercial decisions.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Professional-level English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the International Markets strategy within Mondraker's Global Marketing Plan.
• Lead relationships with international markets and align Marketing and Sales teams.
• Coordinate international implementation of the Global Marketing Plan and ensure flawless campaigns and product launches.
• Develop Mondraker's global Trade Marketing and Retail strategy and marketing tools for distributors and dealers.
• Represent Mondraker with international markets, distributors and strategic partners and build long-term relationships.
