VAMED+WWH in Madrid, Spain, seeks an experienced International Business Controller to join the Finance Hub. You will develop international management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, collaborating with headquarters and overseas entities to provide a clear view of financial performance and risks.

The role focuses on establishing consistent controlling frameworks, modelling scenarios, and supporting strategic decisions across countries.

Formación

At least 5 years of relevant experience in controlling or FP&A within international business.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting.
Strong proficiency in English and Spanish; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

Design monthly management reporting for HQ, subsidiaries and branches.
Analyse profitability by country, entity, project or business line.
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes with stakeholders.
Monitor backlogs, margins, costs and delivery risks.
Support financial modelling, scenario analysis, investment decisions and pricing.
Coordinate rolling cash-flow forecasts and analyse working capital trends.
Prepare the management reporting section of the integrated Board report.
Contribute to ERP and reporting system implementation and data validation.
Provide actionable financial recommendations to improve performance.
