NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Barcelona seeks an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead complex engagements in Industry, spanning consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, mobility and real estate. You will define objectives, run workshops, present to executives and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.

The role combines delivering client outcomes with shaping the practice’s growth.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting or related advisory environment.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political Science or related discipline; postgraduate education valued.
• Experience leading consulting workstreams or projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders and communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritise demands and maintain quality under pressure.
• Experience coordinating consultants with different seniority levels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, defining objectives, workstreams, resources, timelines and governance.
• Lead client conversations, workshops and executive presentations to ensure actionable decisions and next steps.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and clarify responsibilities, priorities and expected outcomes.
• Oversee diagnostics, analyses and deliverables, challenging the work when necessary.
• Anticipate project risks, manage dependencies and adapt to changing priorities.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business and sector to tailor solutions.
• Lead and contribute to commercial proposals and opportunities.
