Thales in Spain offers a one-year full-time internship through the Nebrija University programme, based in Leganés. You will support the software development and DevOps teams while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies and AGILE practices.

The role requires an engineering or IT degree and knowledge of C#, Angular and Python, plus Windows OS basics. English at B2 level is expected; the environment is multidisciplinary and international, with a strong learning focus.

Responsabilidades

• As part of the Software Development Team, you will support the development team and the DevOps team.
• Create and manage pipelines and develop applications in modern technologies; manage Azure DevOps server; integrate AGILE methodology.

Thales is the Spanish leader in tactical Land CIS (Communication and Information Systems) covering all the product life cycle (design, development, production, ILS). Based in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities:

• Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:
• Embedded electronics for military aircraft
• Tactical Communications
• Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic

As part of the Software Development Team, you will support the development team and the DevOps team.

As a junior DevOps you will:

• Create and manage pipelines.
• Develop applications in modern technologies.
• Manage Azure DevOps server.
• Integrating AGILE methodology

Competences:

Technical/functional skills:

• Engineering degree or similar degree in IT field.
• Programming knowledge (C#, Angular or Phyton, OO)
• Basic OS Configuration (Windows)
• English B2
