Zohorecruit represents a global leader in shipping and integrated logistics, seeking a Commercial Intermodal Manager to lead inland transport solutions across Spain, blending commercial strategy with operational execution in a hybrid role.

You will expand carrier haulage, optimize multimodal services, and build long-term partnerships with key clients and inland terminals while reporting to the ILS Manager and collaborating with the VAS Manager.

Formación

Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Background in shipping, logistics apprenticeship, or a university degree with a focus on logistics or marketing.
Experience in transport planning and operational logistics.
Strong geographical knowledge of Spain.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime or logistics with a sales emphasis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with strong commercial instincts and a customer-first approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop commercial tools, sales presentations, and tariff structures.
Map and maintain a comprehensive overview of inland depots and terminal infrastructure.
Formulate and execute a robust hinterland development strategy, fostering relationships with key inland terminals and partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by offering tailored inland transport solutions to strategic clients.
Deliver regular reports and forecasts on revenue, expenses, and market performance to senior management.
Identify new trends in intermodal logistics, modal transitions, and competitor activities.
Collaborate closely with the VAS Manager to help define sales team targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
Lead the creation and execution of a strategic business plan focused on carrier haulage growth and increasing the company's footprint in the intermodal transport market.
