A leading hospitality firm is seeking an Interior Designer Specialist in Madrid to support design processes for new resort projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in hospitality design. Candidates should be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop, and have strong communication skills. Competitive remuneration package offered.

Formación

Your main responsibility

• Provide support to the Senior Interior Design Manager by supervising design processes prepared by outsourced Architecture and Design studios for new Group projects.
• Design, plan, develop, and conceptualize interior design ideas for in-house projects.
• Develop visual and technical documentation, including mood boards, hand sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models, in collaboration with the internal design team.
• Support the Design Department in the development of the Group Design Guidelines, to be used by external and internal teams in all future projects.
• Research and create FF&E designs and presentations, including bespoke furniture concepts and detailing, in coordination with the specifications team, and carry out site visits to oversee construction progress.
• Manage workload and priorities to meet project deadlines and support the coordination of team efforts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design, preferably focused on hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of the concept and design development process, project documentation, and material specifications, with proven experience working with hotel operators, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent client presentation ability, and the capacity to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English (interview will be conducted in English); international experience on similar-scale projects will be valued.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, maintaining attention to detail and collaboration across teams.
