An international real estate company is seeking an Interior Design and Architecture intern. The selected candidate will assist the interior design and architecture coordinator with several apartment projects.Responsibilities include :

Participating in interior design projects, including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.Supporting the creation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.Assisting in the selection and presentation of furniture, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.Coordinating and managing store / corner facilities, including large stockrooms.Managing project costs.Designing internal spaces according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.Proficient use of AutoCAD software.Required profile :

• English language skills are a plus.Team player and self-motivated.Effective communication skills.This is an internship position;

no professional experience is required, but a strong interest in learning the latest technologies is essential.Additional Information :
