We are looking for a Technical Architect / Interior Designer for a 2-year project to support our Facilities team in Palma. As Technical Architect / Interior Designer you will support the Head of Facilities in all the lifecycle of the design of our offices in Palma and other international locations, from the design to the final installation process.

Main responsibilities :

• Work on workspaces design projects from the concept to completion.
• Be involved in the design of offices for international projectsPrepare and develop creative content, plans, drawings, models, mood boards, material boards, 3D renders, and any other required design documents.
• Communication and management of internal stakeholders and their requirements and expectations.
• Research of new materials and products, ensuring the provisioning considering project deadlines.
• Projects and working progress follow-up ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Work with contractors, installation companies and suppliers ensuring the design and quality requirements are meet.
• Availability to travel.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Experience in construction projects
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or others design software
• Intermediate written and spoken English, other languages would be a plus
• Ability to demonstrate design thinking and creativity
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
• Project Management abilities
