Job summary

Entravision is seeking an Accounting Analyst to maintain the books for multiple entities in Spain, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely reporting.

You will prepare journal entries, perform GL reconciliations, assist with month-end close, track local tax deadlines, gather audit evidence, and coordinate with AP/AR and Finance to resolve queries. This is a hybrid role with in-office and remote work 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA/RA or equivalent qualification required.
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a global company.
• Experience with Oracle (NetSuite) or other accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; self-starter who learns quickly.
• Analytical mindset, organized, adaptable, and problem-solving oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post routine journal entries, accruals, and daily transactions.
• Perform regular reconciliations of GL accounts.
• Assist month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting per local regulations.
• Support tracking and execution of local tax, regulatory, and reporting deadlines.
• Gather and document evidence for audits and management reporting.
• Coordinate with AP/AR and Finance to resolve operational accounting queries.
