Integrations enable our clients to seamlessly exchange critical business data between their backend data systems and JOOR’s platform. As a member of the Integrations team, you’ll tackle complex integration problems and implement solutions supporting businesses from emerging startups to global brands and retailers.

We seek a candidate with technical skills, teamwork enthusiasm, and a passion for developing and strengthening our integrations technology and tools that support data flows and team collaboration. This is an opportunity to join our newly formed Lab team, responsible for building new integration offerings for clients and internal tools to automate and streamline processes.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Implement: Build and maintain integration connectors, including strategic connectors and existing ones, ensuring they are up-to-date and issue-free.
2. Execute and oversee: Lead projects related to our integrations technology, enhance APIs, develop self-serve solutions, automate data flows, and improve internal routines with AI and automation to add value and reduce costs.
3. Manage: Lead Integrations Engineers and support their implementation tasks.
4. Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Product Management, and Engineering to improve the product and customer experience.
5. Educate: Conduct technical learning sessions for internal and external audiences.
6. Pre-sales: Act as an integrations consultant during prospect calls for key clients.
7. Support: Provide troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for client integrations issues.
8. Develop: Stay informed about market solutions and proactively suggest improvements in tools, processes, and technology.
