Integrations enable our clients to seamlessly exchange critical business data between their backend data systems and JOOR’s platform. As a member of the Integrations team, you’ll tackle complex integration problems and implement solutions supporting businesses from emerging startups to global brands and retailers. We seek a candidate with technical skills and a teamwork mindset, eager to develop and enhance our integrations technology, tools, and data flows.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Implement:
2. Build integration connectors.
3. Implement strategic connectors.
4. Maintain existing connectors by monitoring issues and updates.
5. Execute and oversee strategic integration projects, including:
6. Enhancing APIs, building self-serve solutions, automating data flows, and improving internal routines with AI and automation.
7. Create cost-saving solutions and efficiencies for clients and teams.

Manage:

• Lead and support Integrations Engineers in their tasks.

Partner:

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Product, and Engineering teams to improve the product and client experience.
• Lead technical integration training sessions for internal and external audiences.
• Serve as a pre-sales integrations consultant during client prospect calls.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and support for client integration issues.

Develop:

• Stay informed about market solutions.
• Proactively suggest improvements in tools, processes, strategies, and technology.
