Une entreprise innovante, JOOR, recherche un membre de l'équipe des intégrations pour résoudre des problèmes complexes d'intégration et développer des solutions technologiques qui soutiennent des entreprises variées, des startups aux grandes marques. Ce rôle crucial fait partie de la nouvelle équipe Lab, responsable de la création d'offres d'intégration et d'outils internes, visant à automatiser et rationaliser les processus pour améliorer l'expérience client.

Integrations enable our clients to seamlessly exchange critical business data between their backend data systems and JOOR’s platform. As a member of the Integrations team, you’ll tackle complex integration problems and implement solutions supporting businesses from emerging startups to global brands and retailers. We seek a candidate with technical skills and a teamwork mindset, excited to develop and enhance our integrations technology, tools, and data flows. This role offers the opportunity to be among the first members of our newly formed Lab team, responsible for building new integration offerings and internal tools to automate and streamline processes for our teams and clients.

What You'll Be Doing :

Implement :

• Build and maintain integration connectors, including strategic connectors, monitoring issues, and updating existing ones.
• Lead strategic projects related to our integrations technology, such as enhancing API suites, building self-serve solutions, automating data flows, and improving internal routines with AI and automation.
• Create cost-saving solutions for external tools and efficiency improvements for clients and internal teams.

Manage :

• Manage Integrations Engineers and support their implementation tasks.

Partner :

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Product Management, and Engineering to improve the product and client experience.
• Lead technical learning sessions for internal and external audiences.
• Serve as a pre-sales integrations consultant during prospect calls for key clients.
• Provide troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for client integration issues.

Develop :

• Stay informed about market solutions and proactively suggest improvements in tools, processes, strategy, and technology.
