Job summary

Berner Montaje y Fijación S.L. busca integrar soluciones de integración desde una nueva plataforma. Trabajarás con líderes de integración para diseñar, implementar y optimizar flujos entre Workato, SAP BTP y sistemas empresariales.

Buscamos un profesional con 2–3 años de experiencia en integración, orientación a la nube y capacidad de colaborar con IT y negocio para entregar módulos de integración escalables y reutilizables.

Qualifications

• 2–3 años de experiencia en integración o automatización.
• Experiencia práctica con Workato o SAP BTP, idealmente ambos.
• Conocimientos básicos de APIs, OData, JSON/XML y Webhooks.
• Interés en nube, flujos de datos, automatización y transformación.
• Equipo proactivo con mentalidad práctica.
• Certificaciones Workato serán valoradas.
• Experiencia con SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Experiencia con aplicaciones empresariales (SAP, CRM, HR).

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar, probar y optimizar recetas de Workato y flujos de integración SAP BTP.
• Implementar requisitos de integración junto con IT y equipos de negocio.
• Documentar, estandarizar y crear módulos de integración reutilizables.
• Monitorear, solucionar incidencias y optimizar rendimiento y escalabilidad.
• Monitorear y controlar el consumo en la nube (FinOps).
• Crear descripciones de procesos y buenas prácticas.
• Contribuir a un marco de gobernanza de integraciones con KPIs.

You will work in a greenfield setup and, together with the Integration Lead, develop the new integration ecosystem of the Berner Group – based on Workato and SAP BTP. You will implement integrations, develop recipes and iflows, support modeling new interfaces, and contribute to a platform that forms the backbone of our digitalization. A role with real visibility and future prospects.

Your Mission

• Develop, test & optimize Workato recipes and SAP BTP integration flows


• Implement technical integration requirements together with IT and business teams


• Document, standardize & build reusable integration modules


• Monitor, troubleshoot & optimize performance and scalability


• Cloud consumption monitor and control(FinOps)


• Create process descriptions and best practices


• Help shape a modern integration governance framework including KPIs

What you bring

• 2–3 years of experience in integration or automation


• Hands‑on experience with Workato or SAP BTP, ideally both (or strong willingness to learn)


• Basic knowledge of APIs, OData, JSON/XML, and Webhook mechanisms


• Interest in cloud, data flows, automation, and transformation


• Team player with drive and hands‑on mentality


• Plus Workato certifications


• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI)


• Experience with enterprise apps (SAP, CRM, HR systems, etc.)
