Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree)
Experience in people management
Experience with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or higher

Responsibilities

Build, oversee, and champion a culture of safety and associate wellbeing across all shifts
Analyze operational performance data and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity
Lead and manage process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise Delivery Station output
Evaluate shift performance against business objectives and define clear action plans to strengthen operational excellence
Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency across all shifts
Mentor new and developing managers within the team
