Job summary

The role focuses on safeguarding wellbeing, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Build, oversee, and champion a culture of safety and associate wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyse operational performance data and implement changes to maintain consistently high quality and productivity standards.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise Delivery Station output.
• Evaluate shift performance against business objectives and define clear action plans to strengthen operational excellence.
• Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency across all shifts.
• Act as a role model and mentor to new and developing managers within the team.
