Export manager & Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to lead international business development and manage key client accounts in the trade show and events industry. You’ll play a key role in growing our international portfolio, building long-term relationships, and ensuring excellent project execution with top-tier clients across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new international leads into long-term clients
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Lead negotiations, proposals, and presentations for international projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality stand design and execution
  • Travel to international trade fairs to represent the company and oversee projects on-site

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or key account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (Spanish and / or other languages are a strong asset)
  • High level of empathy and client orientation
  • Availability to travel regularly within Europe and internationally
  • Experience in the events, design, or B2B service sector is a plus
