Davies is seeking a Systems Analyst to support design, delivery, integration, and operation of our insurance platforms. You will translate business needs into system requirements and work with engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with data pipelines. It operates on a second shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) and offers €35,000–€50,000 per year, full-time, remote from Spain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar technical role.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, or data interfaces.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot application, system, or data issues.
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and processes.
• Ability to work second shift, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsabilités

• Understand insurance workflows and translate business needs into system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to define data requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing applications and integrations to identify improvements.
• Support delivery of changes and validate against requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment readiness, and post‑production checks.
• Propose workflow simplifications and increased operational visibility.
