About the Role

• Ensure data quality and integrity across various sources and processes.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working with data and exposure to data engineering concepts.
• Proficient using SQL for querying and data manipulation, good understanding of query optimization and indexing, whether in RDBMS or big data environments.
• Experience with cloud‑based technology and solution design (e.g., Microsoft Azure Products, Databricks).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Scala or R.
• Hands‑on experience across different stages of the data lifecycle—from data gathering and cleaning to visualization and reporting.
• Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in NLP or text analytics.
• Previous experience in insurance is an advantage.
• A can‑do attitude, focused on delivering valuable, user‑friendly solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
• Eagerness to solve real business problems, with the persistence to see your recommendations through to implementation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
