The work

As an Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for designing and shaping strategies that help our clients progress in all aspects of their business, from strategic planning to daily operations. You will play a key role in developing our business within the Insurance industry by becoming a trusted partner to support clients from strategy to execution, identifying business development opportunities, and continuously enhancing your analytical and leadership skills.

• People You will work directly with clients alongside a team of young, enthusiastic colleagues. You will help leading Insurance companies solve complex business problems while developing your market-relevant knowledge, advisory, and commercial skills.
• Processes Positioned at the intersection of business, technology, and industry, we create innovative strategies based on trends, insights, and data. Focusing on competitive advantage, digital disruption, operating models, and the future workforce, we design and implement transformative business solutions.
• Technology In this role, you will engage with the latest technologies to help clients achieve their goals. This may involve company-wide software implementations or developing innovative training platforms. Your focus will be on utilizing and optimizing the human potential behind these technologies.
