We are seeking an Instrumentation Leader with experience in FEEDs and PMC / PMT.

Functions :

• Ensure achievement of targets for instrumentation, control systems, and design activities during project development, including design, construction, and commissioning, focusing on :
• Planning
• Budget management
• Quality standards and compliance with project, departmental, and company procedures
• Control of modifications and scope variations
• Assign responsibilities within the team (jointly with the Department Manager)
• Provide technical and procedural support to the team
• Coordinate with Project Direction, other disciplines, and the client regarding instrumentation activities
• If necessary, act as project leader on-site based on Department Manager's decision
• Enforce team integration
• Coordinate interdisciplinary activities
• Assist in overcoming work difficulties and seeking solutions to meet goals
• Monitor personnel productivity and performance ratios
• Promote a positive work environment; report additional needs to Department Management
• Identify and report training needs
• Stay updated on technological developments and market innovations
• Issue work status reports
• Monitor list of holds
• Ensure compliance with drawing activity schedules (Plan4E – NVATs)
• Update project histograms periodically
• Manage change notices (NdC) and follow up on design changes originating from instrumentation
• Ensure proper use of corporate work tools
• Conduct weekly communication with the Department Manager
• Prepare weekly project monitoring reports
• Update tables at month-end (EOM)
