Westinghouse Nuclear Spain SAU in Almaraz invites motivated students to join as an Instructor Intern at the on-site Training School. You will support training solutions for personnel at nuclear plants and gain hands-on experience in safety culture, LMS management, and educational content development.

Reporting to the Training School Supervisor, this paid part-time internship lasts 1.5 to 4 months, with potential course credit.

Formación

• Enrolled in the final year of a degree or master in Engineering or Sciences (Industrial, Telecommunications...), or with the TMF/TFG pending to present.
• Knowledge or experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Help develop training materials.
• Review content of documentation related to training.
• Help create evaluation tests.
• Help prepare reports.
• Support document management activities.
• Manage students and courses within the LMS (Learning Management System).

About The Role

As an Instructor Intern in Almaraz's Training School, you will provide training solutions for personnel at nuclear power plants. This is an on-site internship.

You will report to the Training School Supervisor, and will be located at the Almaraz offices. This is a paid part-time internship which can be a curricular or extracurricular scholarship. The scholarship period is from 1.5 to 4 months, starting between September and November depending on your availability. You will be eligible to receive course credit.

You Will Acquire

• Pedagogical training to develop public speaking skills
• Methodological training based on SAT.
• Technical training in the field of nuclear power plants
• Train in safety culture, nuclear safety, human factors, and the use of digital tools

Main Responsibilities

• Help develop training materials.
• Review content of documentation related to training.
• Help create evaluation tests.
• Help prepare reports.
• Support document management activities.
• Manage students and courses within the LMS (Learning Management System).

Qualifications

• Enrolled in the last year of Degree or master in Engineering or Sciences (Industrial, Telecommunications...), or with the TMF/TFG pending to present.
• Knowledge or experience with:

  • Video editing tools
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Residence near the Almaraz Nuclear Power Plant (on-site presence required).
