Westinghouse Electric Company is offering a six-month paid internship in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Spain, with a hybrid work setup. The intern will support the Global Training team, developing training materials and assisting in delivering solutions for power plant personnel in national and American sectors.

You will report to the Innovative Training manager, gain exposure to digital content tools, and receive course credit where applicable. English proficiency (B2) is required.

Formación

• Course a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, electrical or energy.
• B2 level of English.

About The Role

As an intern in Training you will support the Global Training team in providing solutions for power plant personnel in the national and American sector. You will report to the Innovative Training manager and be located at San Sebastián de los Reyes with a hybrid work schedule (remote and in-office). The program duration will be of 6 months, starting in September. Paid internship. You will be eligible to receive course credit.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop advanced training material.
• Project management support.
• Content review.
• Use advanced training tools.
• Simulation design.
• Develop functions of both Training and Operation Consulting and Technical Support to electric power generating plants.

Qualifications

• Course a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, electrical or energy.
• B2 level of English.

Valuable

• Experience with digital content creation tools (Articulate 360, Plant, PowerPoint and Video Scribe).
• Microsoft 365: Teams, Planner, Yammer.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical components.
• Experience in Nuclear Technology.
• Experience in Digital Environments.
• Experience in power plants or industrial facilities.
