Westinghouse Electric Company in Almaraz is seeking an Instructor Intern to support training solutions for personnel at nuclear power plants. This on-site, paid part-time internship can be curricular or extracurricular and may earn course credit.

You will report to the Training School Supervisor at the Almaraz offices. The scholarship lasts 1.5 to 4 months, starting between September and November, depending on availability, with on-site presence required.

Formación

• Enrolled in the last year of Engineering or Sciences (Industrial, Telecommunications...), or TMF/TFG pending.
• Knowledge or experience with LMS and video editing tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Residence near the Almaraz Nuclear Power Plant; on-site presence required.

Responsabilidades

• Help prepare reports.

About The Role

As an Instructor Intern in Almaraz's Training School, you will provide training solutions for personnel at nuclear power plants. This is an on-site internship.

You will report to the Training School Supervisor, and will be located at the Almaraz offices. This is a paid part-time internship which can be a curricular or extracurricular scholarship. The scholarship period is from 1.5 to 4 months, starting between September and November depending on your availability. You will be eligible to receive course credit.

You Will Acquire

• Pedagogical training to develop public speaking skills
• Methodological training based on SAT.
• Technical training in the field of nuclear power plants
• Train in safety culture, nuclear safety, human factors, and the use of digital tools

Main Responsibilities:

• Help develop training materials.
• Review content of documentation related to training.
• Help create evaluation tests.
• Help prepare reports.
• Support document management activities.
• Manage students and courses within the LMS (Learning Management System).

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in the last year of Degree or master in Engineering or Sciences (Industrial, Telecommunications...), or with the TMF/TFG pending to present.
• Knowledge or experience with:
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Video editing tools
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Residence near the Almaraz Nuclear Power Plant (on-site presence required).
