Formación

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital-focused roles.
• Experience as a Digital Marketing Professional, L&D Specialist, Instructional Designer, or Digital Content Creator.
• Additional skills in motivational design or coaching are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct online training sessions and mentor students.
• Host webinars and support students during 1-1 video calls.
• Engage in 'Q&A' style video sessions for questions.

Our Instructors are role models for students studying in our AI programs . They mentor students, assist with difficult concepts and assignments, and teach skills necessary for productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, ensuring all students benefit, regardless of their background.

What you will do

Instructors are a core part of the students’ educational process because they :

• Conduct online training sessions using scripts developed by instructional designers;
• Mentor students during 1-1 video calls, addressing questions, explaining concepts, tools, or skills, and supporting assignments;
• Communicate with students via “Q&A style” video sessions for walk-in questions;
• Host webinars and educational events for groups of students or participate in other meetings with students.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of proven professional experience in one or more digital-focused roles :

• Digital Marketing Professional;
• Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist;
• Instructional Designer;
• Digital Content Creator;

2. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

3. Comfortable using AI-driven tools to streamline tasks.

4. Experience conducting training on soft skills, leadership, and management.

5. Additional Skills (Highly Desirable) :

• Understanding of motivational design principles in education;
• Basic coaching skills or certification in coaching techniques.
