Clear. are looking for a driven and technically skilled BMS Engineer to join an expanding team in Zaragoza, working on projects across the region. With the continued growth in demand for hyperscale and edge data centres, this is your opportunity to work at the forefront of intelligent building technology with a company that values expertise, autonomy, and innovation.
Responsibilities : Commissioning and testing BMS systems (Trend / Tridium or similar) to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and control strategies. Configuring and integrating BMS hardware and software, including graphics, point mapping, and alarms. Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and resolving on-site commissioning issues. Collaborating with project managers, design teams, and clients to deliver high-standard installations. Supporting project handover with full documentation, training, and operational support.
Experience Required : Proven experience commissioning BMS systems – ideally Trend, Tridium, or similar. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to work across teams and with clients. EU work authorization. Spanish or English fluency (both ideal).
