THE ROLE

The Install Technician will perform on-site services including installation, maintenance, and repair. You will provide technical installation of the Toptracer Range camera system for both Monitor and Mobile product solutions, ensuring a fully functioning system is delivered to the client. You will also demonstrate and train system users, providing a basic understanding to facility staff on system operation and issue reporting. The role involves extensive travel across Europe and some unsociable hours.

POSSIBILITIES

• Install all Toptracer Range equipment according to design specifications for both Monitor and Mobile TTR solutions (e.g., Cameras, Servers, routers, Switches, in-bay monitors, mounts, and trusses). Test all components post-installation to ensure full functionality.
• Collaborate with Support and Infrastructure teams during installation to ensure proper calibration and installation of all equipment.
• Work with the Install Project Manager on queries, report issues, and liaise with the line manager to meet installation timelines and workflows.
• Provide full system product training to onsite staff on system utilization.
• Lead assigned contractors during installations.
• Advise customers on optimal outfield target layouts to maximize in-game usage and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct ad-hoc support site visits as required and perform other relevant duties within the scope of the role.
• Participate in review meetings with the Operations team and suggest improvements based on installation feedback.
