Grupotranscoma, a leading logistics company, is seeking a motivated student for a customer service internship in Madrid. This opportunity allows students to gain practical experience in international trade and logistics, while supporting shipping operations and acquiring new clients in an exciting environment.

Formación

• Student keen to develop in maritime consolidation.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in logistics.
• Educational background in International Trade or Logistics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via phone for international clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on the commercial portfolio.
• Coordinate shipments with the maritime operations department.

Conocimientos

Advanced level of Office

Intermediate / Advanced English

Knowledge of Incoterms

Educación

Intermediate / Advanced degree in International Trade / Logistics

• Customer Service via Phone and Commercial Assistance Focused on the International Level
• Follow-up on the commercial portfolio and provide support and assistance in acquiring new clients.
• Coordination and tracking of shipments in coordination with the maritime operations department.
• Preparation of Quotations.

Requirements :

• Intermediate / Advanced degree in International Trade / Logistics and Transportation or equivalent
