Your Role

Are you an expert in sales with a passion for wellness and fitness

At Technogym we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist based in Madrid with exceptional skills to connect with B2C clients. As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in increasing profitability and achieving ambitious business goals by delivering a premium sales experience working with businesses across Spain.

Your Impact
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets including those related to Digital Solutions while consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Generate leads to expand the customer base actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound interactions providing a tailored sales experience by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Drive outbound interactions to build long-term relationships fostering trust and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support our Omnichannel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits to our physical locations as well as coordinating with the Field Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database ensuring all customer information is accurate relevant and up to date.
  • Collect valuable market insights and share feedback with the relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from order to delivery and installation ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively upselling additional products or services when applicable.
About You
  • 3 years of experience in delivering high-quality service focused on meeting client expectations and driving sales.
  • Bachelors degree ideally with a background in business development and / or physical education studies.
  • Experience working in collaborative sales teams within client-focused and service-oriented environments.
  • Proactive enthusiastic and solution-oriented with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficient in managing customer data. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
