Your Role

Are you an expert in sales with a passion for wellness and fitness?

At Technogym , we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist based in Madrid , with exceptional skills to connect with B2B clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing profitability and achieving ambitious business goals by delivering a premium sales experience, working with businesses across Spain.

Your Impact

• Achieve quarterly sales targets , including those related to Digital Solutions, while consistently driving revenue growth.
• Generate leads to expand the customer base, actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Manage inbound interactions , providing a tailored sales experience by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Drive outbound interactions to build long-term relationships, fostering trust and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support our Omnichannel strategy by creating business opportunities and scheduling visits to our physical locations, as well as coordinating with the Field Sales Team.
• Maintain and update the CRM database , ensuring all customer information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Collect valuable market insights and share feedback with the relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire sales process , from order to delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively upselling additional products or services when applicable.

About You

• 3 years of experience in delivering high-quality service focused on meeting client expectations and driving sales.
• Bachelor’s degree , ideally with a background in business development and / or physical education studies.
• Experience working in collaborative sales teams within client-focused and service-oriented environments.
• Long-term relationship management , focused on building and maintaining lasting customer connections.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented , with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Fluency in Spanish and English .
• Experience with CRM systems and proficient in managing customer data.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
