Inside Sales Specialist

We are a full-service catering company that provides not only food but also comprehensive production services. Our production offerings include styling, decor, rentals, linens, flowers, logistics, vendor management, timelines, and beverage packages. All of these fall under the production purview of this job.

The candidate must be creative, with a high aesthetic sense and the ability to create beautiful, cohesive events from both a visual and production perspective. Must be sharp, able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, flexible with clients and the team, positive, and good-natured.

This is not a 9-to-5 job. Our dynamic schedules may take us remote, up to 70 miles from our office, to different locations and residences, and to events at various times of day, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should be able to self-manage their time and workload to meet specific deadlines. We work in the office at least 2 days a week, onsite 1 to 2 days a week, and fill in office time at home.

The event producer position involves:

1. Working directly with the event manager to produce events.
2. Managing up to 50 productions a year.
3. Handling production tasks such as walkthroughs, meetings/calls, managing rentals, creating logistics forms and menus, communicating details to the JLC team, styling (linens, flowers, decor), working with venues and planners/coordinators, coordinating other vendors, creating floor plans, managing load-ins, tastings, obtaining permits, COIs, and packing for events where the producer is the lead.
4. Updating all relevant event documents promptly and accurately as information changes.
5. Reviewing rentals, logistics sheets, invoices, etc., with attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy.
6. Executing deposit invoices/contracts and tracking payments.
7. Supporting onsite execution of events at private homes and public venues.
8. Supporting other producers at their events as needed.
9. Communicating effectively and warmly with clients, vendors, and team members. Acting as a leader onsite to ensure smooth event operations.
10. Visiting event sites 1 to 3 times per week, including supporting other producers’ events.
