Job Description :
Job Functions & Responsibilities :
Identify, research, and engage potential B2B customers through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on generated leads.
Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and value of CommonShare’s platform to prospective clients.
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and sales proposals.
Monitor sales metrics to track personal performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Stay up to date on industry trends and sustainability challenges relevant to our target markets.
Qualifications :
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or relevant experience).
3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Knowledge or interest in sustainability, ESG, or supply chain solutions is an advantage.
Technical / Hard Skills :
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office / Google Suite.
Ability to use digital sales tools such as email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment tools.
Strong research and lead generation abilities.
Soft Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
