DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Articulate clearly the Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program.
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/emails from resellers, routing them onwards if appropriate. Provide answers promptly when additional information is needed.
  • Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or emails.
  • Detect high business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for telephone inquiries generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns.
  • Process callout campaigns based on a predefined list of resellers.
  • Execute specific marketing initiatives on products and services.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (at least B2).
  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivated and self-starting individual.
  • Dynamic and energetic personality.
  • Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Handle project tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Target-driven with a focus on success.
  • Flexible in prioritizing workload.
