DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Articulate clearly the Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program.
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/emails from resellers, routing them onwards if appropriate. Provide answers promptly when additional information is needed.
- Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or emails.
- Detect high business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for telephone inquiries generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns.
- Process callout campaigns based on a predefined list of resellers.
- Execute specific marketing initiatives on products and services.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (at least B2).
- Previous experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivated and self-starting individual.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
- Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Handle project tasks with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
