Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic commercial team, with a dedicated

focus on German-speaking markets (DACH : Germany, Austria, Switzerland) . This role is critical in driving our business growth in these regions by converting inbound leads, actively prospecting new opportunities, and managing order processing via our eCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Convert inbound organic leads into active customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Actively prospect and reach out to potential leads in the DACH region, initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies to penetrate the German-speaking market and expand the customer base. Process purchase orders through our eCommerce platform and ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information. Coordinate closely with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and purchasing to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. Report sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Experience and Skills :

2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the FMCG sector or food and beverages industry. Proven experience in converting leads into customers and managing the full sales cycle. Strong prospecting skills and ability to independently identify and engage potential customers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets. Proficiency in both English and German is required. Experience with CRM systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
