What you will do in this role

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:

- Qualify data via outbound calling activity, profiling a predefined list of prospects and enriching the sales lead pipeline

- Qualify inbound leads (LV/MV) coming from various sources such as telephone, form submissions, and live chat, and pass qualified leads to EU Account Managers (EUAMs)

- Provide administrative support for the Lead Assign Tool (LV Latex) by assigning leads and ensuring up-to-date results are accurately reflected in the CRM (HPD)

- Support funnel management by collaborating with EUAMs and Partner - Business Managers (PBMs) to ensure MV and LV opportunity statuses are regularly updated in HPD

- Maintain IB accounts by managing the database and creating detailed asset records
